Keys and Mechanisms
The Buffet Prodige clarinet features a standard 17 keys and 6 rings. Keywork is silver plated for durability. The keywork has been designed with beginners and younger students in mind in terms of placement and stretch. The adjustable thumb rest and the ergonomic considerations makes the Prodige easy to play. All tone holes are undercut and combined with double skin pads, creates a tight seal with good intonation.
