These drums deliver a durable premium-wrapped shell finish that are built to order by the Mapex Drum Shop Team in their Nashville, Tennessee facility. Based on the most popular school color combinations, these durable and attractive wrap finishes complement both traditional and contemporary style marching arts uniforms. Constructed with a six-ply durable shell – two-ply birch interior and four-ply maple exterior, offers a warm sound while the special snare bed provides a superior response. Each Quantum Classic snare drum features strong, die case aluminum hoops and a 12-lug suspension frame to handle the highest tension tuning and all batter and snare head types. The Mapex Quantum Classic marching snare comes standard with Gloss Chrome hardware.
