Description

The Bosphorus Antique Medium-Thin Crash is 100% handmade from traditionally casted Turkish bronze. The top sides feature alternating bands of lathed and unlathed playing surfaces, while the bottom sides are lathed in the traditional manner. This dries up the attack sound somewhat and provides for an aggressive bell. It crashes with a slightly mellowed sustain due to the banded lathing on the top side. These medium-thin cymbals respond quickly and are ideal for live and studio performances. They provide a higher pitch with more volume and sustain as the thickness increases.
