The Fishman Fluence 8-String Stephen Carpenter Signature Pickup Set gives players the choice of two voices. Voice 1 is like the Modern Fluence sound, but Carpenter tweaked the midrange a bit. Voice 2 is the Deftones guitarist’s custom voicing with tone and gain tweaks that give it an edge.

Designed specifically for 8-string guitars, the Stephen Carpenter Signature pickup set comes with one ceramic pickup (bridge position) and one alnico pickup (neck or middle position). With these multi-voice pickups you can set and forget, or wire-up to toggle between musically complimentary voices. With Carpenter’s Fishman Fluence pickup set, you’ll have everything you need to achieve his wiring scheme (minus the pickup selector).
